Public Administration Department

The Department of public administration was established in June 2017.

Public administration is the most potential of the inputs that go in to the decision planning and development process of India. Proper execution and administration of the resources in the paramount, importance and need of the hour too. With recent policies and new challenges in socio – economic development the resources administration has added significance to meet liberal economic policies of the Govt.

Demand a closer linkage between college and society. The former are called upon to reorient and redesign their courses to cater to the changing needs of the employment market. The development goals can be achieved and national productivity can increased only when the man power is properly recruited transmitted administered and politician on professional lines.

The Department of public administration has been constantly striving to meet ever the over increasing man power need of the administration the education institution, business and other Sectors, through revamping syllabus. The department also has been made all our efforts to equip the students with the latest theoretical and practical inputs to shape them up as promising personalities and human resource personal. In shortly aim and objectives of departments under:

1. To format development and assist public administrative leadership.
2. To create political awareness among the society.
3. To providing and develop political leadership.
4. To give pre entry service training.
5. To provide political and administrative knowledge of social, political and economical system.
6. To understanding the Today’s world affairs.
7. To understanding the changes in the society and politics.
8. To prepare the students for competitive examination.
9. To give the knowledge of development program.

Establishment of Department

Shri Muktanand College was established in 15th June 1970. The department of public administration came into existence in the year 2017 with Mr. S.J. Kadam as a Head of the department.

Asst.Prof. Dr.J. M. Pathade became the Head of the Department from 2020. He is actively engaged in academic and research activities of the college.
